I
am a native Arabic speaker originally from Bahrain with
extensive experience in translation.

I am currently a weekly columnist at the
Middle East Broadcasting Network (MBN). Prior to that, I worked as a TV News
Producer at the Network from 2009 through this year. I have been working with major
Arab media outlets (TV, Internet and Radio) for more than 20 years specializing
in news. In all of my work, I have been translating English into Arabic.

In
2015 I started working part-time as an independent consultant with LAC Group,
where I continue to conduct
research and translation on legal issues in the Gulf countries and in Iraq,
Jordan and North Africa.

 

Also,
I am an on-call Language and Cultural Consultant with Berlitz Cultural
Consulting, where I design and conduct mission-specific culture and Arabic
language training to government personnel working in the Middle East.
