Source text - English Preparation of the flow diagrams
The food safety team shall establish, maintain and update flow diagrams as documented information
for the products or product categories and the processes covered by the FSMS.
Flow diagrams provide a graphic representation of the process. Flow diagrams shall be used when
conducting the hazard analysis as a basis for evaluating the possible occurrence, increase, decrease or
introduction of food safety hazards.
Flow diagrams shall be clear, accurate and sufficiently detailed to the extent needed to conduct the
hazard analysis. Flow diagrams shall, as appropriate, include the following:
a) the sequence and interaction of the steps in the operation;
b) any outsourced processes;
c) where raw materials, ingredients, processing aids, packaging materials, utilities and intermediate
products enter the flow;
d) where reworking and recycling take place;
e) where end products, intermediate products, by-products and waste are released or removed.

Группа обеспечения безопасности пищевых продуктов должна создавать, поддерживать и обновлять блок-схемы в виде документально подтвержденной информации для продуктов или категорий продуктов и процессов, охватываемых СМБПП.
Блок-схемы обеспечивают графическое представление процесса. При проведении анализа опасных факторов следует использовать блок-схемы, которые служат основой для оценки возможного возникновения, увеличения, уменьшения или появления угроз безопасности пищевых продуктов.
Блок-схемы должны быть четкими, точными и достаточно подробными в объеме, необходимом для проведения анализа опасных факторов. Блок-схемы должны, при необходимости, включать следующее:
а) последовательность и взаимодействие этапов исполнения;
б) любые процедуры привлечения внешних ресурсов;
в) место, где сырье, ингредиенты, технологические вспомогательные средства, упаковочные материалы, коммунальные сети и промежуточные продукты вступают в технологический процесс;
г) место, где происходит переработка и утилизация;
д) место, где выпускаются или удаляются конечные продукты, промежуточные продукты, субпродукты и отходы.

Комплекс межгосударственных стандартов ГОСТ 8.586.1 — ГОСТ 8.586.5 под общим наименованием
«Государственная система обеспечения единства измерений. Измерение расхода и количества
жидкостей и газов с помощью стандартных сужающих устройств» (далее — комплекс стандартов) состоит
из следующих частей:
- Часть 1. Принцип метода измерений и общие требования;
- Часть 2. Диафрагмы. Технические требования;
- Часть 3. Сопла и сопла Вентури. Технические требования;
- Часть 4. Трубы Вентури. Технические требования:
- Часть 5. Методика выполнения измерений.
Комплекс стандартов распространяется на измерение расхода и количества жидкостей и газов
методом переменного перепада давления при применении следующих типов сужающих устройств:
диафрагмы, сопла ИСА1932. эллипсного сопла” , сопла Вентури и трубы Вентури.
Комплекс стандартов устанавливает требования к геометрическим размерам и условиям применения
сужающих устройств, используемых в трубопроводах круглого сечения, полностью заполненных
однофазной (жидкой или газообразной) средой, скорость течения которой менее скорости звука в этой
среде.
Части 1—4 являются модифицированными по отношению к международным стандартам
ИСО 5167-1:2003 — ИСО 5167-4:2003.
В первой части приведены термины и определения, условные обозначения, принцип метода измерений.
установлены общие требования к условиям измерений при применении всех типов сужающих
устройств.
Вторая, третья и четвертая части устанавливают технические требования к конкретным типам
сужающих устройств: вторая часть — к диафрагмам, третья — к соплам ИСА 1932. эллипсным соплам и
соплам Вентури, четвертая — к трубам Вентури.
В настоящей части приведена методика выполнения измерений с помощью указанных выше типов
сужающих устройств.

Complex of Interstate Standards GOST 8.586.1 — GOST 8.586.5 under the common name of “State system for ensuring the uniformity of measurements. Measurements of liquids and gases flow rate and quantity by means of orifice instruments.” (hereinafter — Complex of Standards) consists of the following parts:
- Part 1. Principle of measurement procedure and general requirements;
- Part 2. Orifice plates. Technical requirements;
- Part 3. Nozzles and Venturi nozzles. Technical requirements;
- Part 4. Venturi tubes. Technical requirements;
- Part 5. Measurement procedure.
The Complex of Standards covers the measurements of liquids and gases flow rate and quantity by means of alternative pressure and the following orifice instruments: orifice plates, ISA 1932 nozzle, long radius nozzle1), Venturi nozzle and Venturi tubes.
The Complex of Standards determines the requirements to the size dimensions and the use conditions of orifice instruments inserted in circular cross-section conduits running full (with liquid or gas), with the flow speed not less than the acoustic speed in this media.
Parts 1—4 are modified in accordance with the International Standards ISO 5167-1.2003 — ISO 5167-4.2003.
The first part contains terms and definitions, graphical symbols, principle of measurement procedure, determined general requirements for the measurement conditions with the use of all types of orifice instruments.
The second, third and fourth parts provide technical requirements for the definite types of orifice instruments: the second part — for orifice plates, the third — for ISA 1932 nozzles, long radius nozzle and Venturi nozzles, the fourth — for Venturi tubes.
This part provides measurement procedure by means of abovementioned types of orifice instruments.
