My professional career started in the financial sector in 1990, where I worked for more than 25 years, both in New York and in Madrid, over 12 of those years as an in-house translator for Grupo Santander.

Currently, I am focusing exclusively on freelance work.  Although I specialize in finance and business related projects, over the last two years I had been working on a broad variety of other industries and topics, such as marketing, e-commerce, social media, tourism, webpage content, health and wellness, general medical documents, environmental issues, etc.  

Raised in Spain and the United States, I have native fluency in both languages, with extensive knowledge of American and Spanish culture, particularly Spain’s regional differences which, coupled with my experience and skills working with sensitive documents, allow me to handle any document with all the professionalism and confidentiality required.
