Born in Guinea-Bissau but currently living in Cape Verde. I was born to a bi-lingual family. I grew up speaking English and Portuguese natively. I spent most of my childhood in Santiago Island, where I later became an English teacher, translator, and interpreter. 

I began my studies in English studies literature and culture, and later on got my bacherlor´s degree from the University of Cabo Verde. Now, I work for the Ministry of Education, and offer translation/interpreting services along side.
