Korean to English: Use USB2.0 of HDBaseT to respond faster to your customers! General field: Marketing Detailed field: Advertising / Public Relations
Source text - Korean HDBaseT
Translation - English What is the advantage of HDBaseT?
HDBaseT is the global standard for the transmission of ultra-high-definition video & audio, Ethernet, controls, USB and up to 100W of power over a single cable, for up to 100 m/328 ft. HDBaseT eliminates cable clutter without compromising performance or high quality.
What are the advantages of USB 2.0?
1. USB 2.0 transfers at 480 Mbps, approximately 40 times faster than USB 1.0 (12 Mbps).
2. USB2.0 enables real-time transmission of uncompressed HD videos and bi-directional communication. Especially, uncompressed video signals with high resolution can cause delays and disrupt existing network traffic.
3. When sending videos by using a typical IP camera, IP knowledge (IP address, network capacity, etc.) and collaboration between camera suppliers and network switch providers is necessary.
How can it be used in the field?
1. You can install a camera inside the screen body to recognize the vehicle number and use the USB2.0 port to connect to the automated order payment system in the DT store.
1) Detects the plate number of entering vehicles to the DT store. - 2) Identifies the customer inside the vehicle based on the registration number entered on our home page or mobile app. - 3) Preorder & payment is possible. (If a customer orders food in advance through a mobile app, etc. and finishes payment, food can be served directly at the DT store.)
2. By recognizing the plate number and sending video data in real time through USB2.0, you can reduce the waiting time and prepare the menu in advance to handle more customers. (Approx more than 4 minutes take from entering to leaving the DT store by a vehicle.)
[Competitors : Need to install a separate solution to exchange information with the server in the store by recognizing the vehicle number]
