I was born in Brazil and my native language is Portuguese. As a child, I enjoyed learning about and exploring languages and books and readings in general. I learned the basics of English at school, but it was as a self-taught, willing to read texts in their original language and to communicate with people around the world that I deepened my learning with the English and Spanish languages. I graduated in philosophy in 2011 and received a masters degree in philosophy in 2014. I worked as a Portuguese teacher at an elementary school in 2015, where I taught Portuguese syntax, morphology, text interpretation and writing. Since 2013 I have been translating English materials that do not yet have Portuguese translation (books, booklets and articles). I started to work professionally with translation in 2020. Translation is something that motivates and inspires me, and I try to acomplish my work with ever increasing understanding, care and refinement. As a translator, I
work with the following language pairs: English / Portuguese, Portuguese
/ English, Spanish / Portuguese. I also work as a Portuguese editor and proofreader. I will be happy to help you realize your project!
