Bio
I’ve been working as a freelance translator since 2017. My language
pairs are German into English and vice versa, German into Myanmar and
vice versa, and English into Myanmar and vice versa. I have over five
years’ experience in the translation of movies, series, documents, news
articles and speeches. I have also been a freelance transcriber and a
freelance language teacher for German language learners since 2017 as
well. Furthermore, I started working as an Assistant Data Analyst at a
construction consulting company, one year after I got my first degree
(BA-German). I also got my National Tour Guide Licence in March
2018 and since then I’ve been working as a freelance German-language
speaking tour guide. In January 2020, I got my second degree (MA
German) from YUFL (Yangon University of Foreign Languages).
I can solve unexpected problems very well. Not only that, I am a good
learner and want to work in a team. I am also a reliable person and can
take my own responsibilities. I am a self-motivated and independent
worker who loves travelling, reading, listening to music and crocheting.
Likewise, I can speak German and English fluently. Specifically, my
German language level is C1 and English is B2.
