Source text - English Management is the combination of art and science for it deals with the balance of logic and imagination. Science provides the knowledge while art deals with the application of knowledge and skills. I envision to obtain and improve particular knowledge and skills as a future graduate of MBA/ MMSc in Indonesia.
To begin with, study in one of best academic institution in the world, Universitas Indonesia, Institut Teknologi Bandung and Institut Pertanian Bogor, requires an individual to be highly creative. Creativity are fueled by passion, these universities are on the foremost, not surprisingly as they are also the best on honing individual’s talent to induce passion. Hence, graduates from these universities turns out to be Divergent thinkers which is one of the key requirements in my future work in the hospitality or business industry.
Furthermore, MBA/MMSc graduates are trained to be critical thinkers with assimilation on strategic views. That being the case, this degree will promulgate critical thinking that facilitates the mastery of crafting strategy to better engage against ambiguities and challenges. A well-educated individual knew that every decision carries with it consequences. As a future manpower of the society I need to learn how to improve my critical thinking to analyze the risks of every decision, both short-term and long-term. I believe that I can be a better critical thinker by studying my proposed study program as it will train me every day to think critical in every situation.
Ultimately, the study program that I envision of taking in Indonesia induce adaptability as it is the product of continuous practice throughout the years of study. I want to be educated on how to be more adaptive.
Translation - Tagalog Ang management ay kombinasyon ng sining at agham sapagkat ito ay nangangailangan ng balanse ng lohika at imahinasyon. Nagbibigay ang agham ng kaalaman habang ang sining ay ang aplikasyon ng kaalaman at kasanayan. Inisip ko na makakuha at mapagbuti ang partikular na kaalaman at kasanayan bilang isang magtatapos na MBA / MMSc sa Indonesia.
