I have been certified by the ATA in translating Spanish > English and hold a Consortium for State Court Interpreter Certification in Spanish <> English. I provided simultaneous, consecutive, and sight interpretation for the immigration and other courts, administrative hearings, and depositions involving a wide range of cases.

As the Latin American Division Head for a major regional US bank and an officer of the Chase Bank, I developed substantial business with a very diverse client base and traveled throughout Mexico, Central America, Latin America, and Spain. I lived in Costa Rica, Panama, and Bolivia. This required constant translation and interpretation of business, finance, and legal issues.

I have developed emergency management plans and business continuity plans for domestic and international companies. Risks involved included technological, political, economic, social, and environmental risks. Plans included setting up Latin American country specific plans for major international companies in English and Spanish.

I hold a BA in International Relations and Political Science with minors in History and Economics and a MA in International Relations and International Economics. I am a graduate of the Chase Bank Global Credit Training Program.
