Bio

I am a freelance translator and Interpreter since 2011 when I starting my first year of my master degree in Japan.

I have been living and working in Japan for over 10 years, I understand well about the Japanese Culture of Working, time lead delivery and the hospitality to serve customer.

I was working with AEON Retail supermarket for over 3 years as a part time employee.

After graduated from my master degree in 2013, I started to join NTT Data Group Company, which is an IT Leading company in Japan, by working with NTT Data Group Company, I  was trained by many professional trainer about working personality, How to communicate with customer, How to secret and put the level to the information of the clients, customer, etc. 

With the trained which I earned from working Experience in Japan, I understand that the most important to the client is quality and delivery time with the performance cost and hospitality communication.
