I am a native Russian and English speaker. I was born and lived in Russia until coming to The University of Chicago to study literature and philosophy. With an extensive background in both written and spoken translation, I am qualified to help my clients achieve fluent, convincing, and interesting writing samples for whatever purpose they so wish. Technical, casual, and online dictions are within my purview I graduated with a double major in Literature and Philosophy from The University of Chicago, with excellent SAT scores, and a high school education in the UK. Not only am I a native speaker of English, but I am also an editor of English literature for two literary journals (Euphony Journal and Asymptote Journal). I have a wide grasp of different dictions, ranging from the technical to the casual, as well as from the formal written to online blog posts. Moreover I have worked with non-native speakers of English before; therefore, I am familiar with the common mistakes that are made and can correct them into a fluent, interesting, and convincing English text. I am able to edit at a fast pace and have a high availability in terms of time. |
