This type of entity should allow for benefit optimisation and the channeling of resources rather than profit maximization and the accumulation of resources.
We have chosen Australia for setting up the foundation because it has clear non-profit legislation and advantageous tax concessions for the not-for-profit sector in order to redirect resources towards projects and implementations
