Dear Tenants,
Please be advised that you don’t have a valid lease.
Your Landlord, Bucking USA Corp, is willing to renew the lease at an increase over the base rent amount of $1,500.00. Under the new lease, your rent will be $1,550/month, beginning March, 2018. Please also remit an additional $50.00 to update your security deposit to the current rent amount.
If you decide not to renew your lease, you will automatically revert to a month to month tenancy. Your new monthly rent will include the above increase. Landlord may decide at any time to provide 30 day notice to vacate.

FOR AND IN CONSIDERATION OF THE SUM OF One thousand and 00/XX Dollars ($1,000.00), paid in cash, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, RIGOBERTO BANEGAS, the Releasor, releases and discharges Pavel Gross, Prestige Homes, Avinoam Rosenfeld, Dvorah Rosenfeld, the Releasee, Releasee’s heirs, executors, administrators, successors and assigns from all actions, causes of action, suits, debts, dues, sums of money, accounts, reckonings, bonds, bills, specialties, covenants, contracts, controversies, agreements, promises, variances, trespasses, damages, judgments, extents, executions, claims, and demands whatsoever, in law, admiralty or equity, which against the Releasee, the Releasor, Releasor’s heirs, executors, administrators, successors and assigns ever had, now have or hereafter can, shall or may have for, upon, or by reason of any matter, cause or thing whatsoever from the beginning of the world to the day of the date of this Release.
Whenever the text hereof requires, the use of singular number shall include the appropriate plural number as the text of the within instrument may require.
This Release pertains to a personal injury sustained by RIGOBERTO BANEGAS on February 8, 2018. On that day, RIGOBERTO BANEGAS broke/fractured his pointer finger on his right hand while moving scaffolding.
This Release may not be changed orally.
I/We further state the foregoing has been carefully read and I/we know the contents thereof and have signed the same as my/our own free act and have not been influenced in making this settlement by any representation of the party or parties released.

I was born in Argentina where I got a Degree in Computer Science and a Certification in Social Psychology. I have worked in computer programming for many years. I moved to New York where I have resided for more than 20 years, and I learned English as a second language. As a Bilingual Administrative Assistant I had the opportunity to interpret and perform customer service for Spanish and English speakers' populations in the Real Estate/Management Industry, and I discovered my passion for the translation work.
