I have been doing translation for 30 years. I speak and write in three languages namely Urdu, English and German. I was serving Goethe-Institut Pakistan as Head of German Department. During my tenure I accomplished several translation projects for the Goethe-Institut, German Consulate in Karachi and German companies. I translated technical, medical, legal documents and also German literature. 

I have accomplished following tasks:

Translation of Friedrich Schiller’s Drama “Die Räuber” into Urdu

Translation of Faiz Ahmed Faiz Poems (a prominent Poet from
Pakistan) into German

Translation of several German short stories and poems from
German into Urdu for the purpose of discussion regarding the German literature
(The literary sittings were conducted once in a month, from 1999 to 2012 in the
premises of the Goethe-Institut Karachi). The objective was to promote German
literature in Pakistan and the comparative study as well

documents for German Embassy and Siemens Germany
