Source text - English We, the most representative business associations in the G8 countries, call on our governments to implement coordinated policies that ensure broad economic recovery and robust long term growth. This requires finding a way forward on correcting trade, fiscal and structural imbalances. Closer and more effective coordination is needed to establish a principle-based peer-reviewed framework that ensures the health and stability of the global financial markets. Businesses’ ability to deliver much- needed jobs requires confidence in an open and rules-based trading system devoid of protectionism. Exit strategies from excessive government spending and debt, must be timely and coordinated to restore private sector confidence. This will drive sustainable global growth.
While climate change is not a focus of the G8 / G20 discussions, it is too important for us to ignore in this declaration. Our governments must reach a climate change agreement with all major emitters setting ambitious targets to meet the Copenhagen agreed objectives with a focus on driving technology R&D and investments for a highly-efficient and non-discriminatory energy mix.
The Toronto G20 Summit must make clear progress on these matters with commitments for timely actions being achieved at the Seoul Summit.

This is intended to be a simple summary of the main provisions of the standard ninth generation precedent 'Irrevocable discretionary settlement without protector (includes a long list of administrative powers)' provided by [---] as part of its trusts service, and not for any other document.
The interpretation of any trust created from that precedent and the rights and duties of any person in respect of any such trust are to be determined without reference to this summary.
The first section contains the date of the Trust, details of the Settlor and of the Original Trustees. The name of the Trust itself is referred to in clause A17.
Part A
A1 Proper Law - Jersey law will govern most matters relating to the Trust, including its administration. The Trustees however can select a different law to govern the trust under clause A13.
A2 Interpretations - This section contains definitions of certain terms used within the Trust.
A3 Disclaimer by and addition of beneficiaries - Any of the Beneficiaries can decide to give up their interest in the Trust Fund if they wish to.
The Trustees will have power to add new members to the class of Beneficiaries.
A4 Removal and exclusion of beneficiaries or other persons - The Trustees also have the power to exclude any person (including any Beneficiaries) from benefit under the Trust.
A5 Appointment of trusts - The Trustees have power at any time to create further trusts for some or all of the Beneficiaries. This power can be used for example to create life or other fixed interests for particular Beneficiaries, or to create sub funds for separate groups of Beneficiaries.
Payments, applications and accumulations - The Trustees have discretion at any time to make distributions of capital or income of the Trust Fund to any of the Beneficiaries.
Any income which is not distributed by the Trustees will be accumulated.
