Source text - German Im Konkurs der beiden xxx Gesellschaften hat heute die nachträgliche Prüfungstagsatzung stattgefunden. Gegenstand der Prüfungstagsatzung waren jene Forderungen, die nach Ende der Anmeldungsfrist in den Konkursen angemeldet worden waren. Insgesamt haben in den beiden Konkursen gemeinsam bisher ca. 10.500 Gläubiger Forderungen angemeldet, davon nur wenige Nicht-Anleger.
Da nach wie vor Anleger Forderungen im Konkurs anmelden, wird am 9.11.2006 eine weitere erstreckte Prüfungstagsatzung stattfinden. Die nachträglich anmeldenden Anleger werden mit keinen gesonderten Kosten für diese Tagsatzung belastet.
