Source text - Spanish DEFINICIÓN DEL OBJETIVO DEL CONTRATO
El Contratista se compromete a ejecutar el servicio del mantenimiento general de los edificios e instalaciones de la Universidad, lo que incluye el mantenimiento y reparación de generadores, aparatos, equipos, instalaciones eléctricas y de fontanería de los susodichos edificios.
El servicio será realizado en el recinto de la Universidad, conforme previsto en el Pliego de Prescripciones Técnicas que, por la presente, se adjunta al presente contrato.
El Contratista declara sin reserva que entiende plenamente la amplitud y significado de los documentos que constituyen el contrato, y que se considera factible, tanto técnica como legalmente, realizarlo completamente, respetando y cumpliendo con la normativa vigente aplicable.
Translation - English DEFINITION OF THE PURPOSE OF THE CONTRACT AGREEMENT
The Contractor pledges to carry out the service of general maintenance of the buildings and installations of the University, which includes the maintenance and repair of generators, appliances, equipments, electrical and plumbing installations of the aforementioned buildings.
The service shall be carried out in the premises of the University, as is provided in the Document of Technical Specifications, which is hereby attached to this agreement.
The Contractor declares unreservedly that he fully understands the scope and meaning of the documents which constitute the contract, and that it is considered feasible, both technically and legally, to carry it out completely, respecting and abiding by the applicable existing Laws.
