Source text - Japanese 患者自身が疾患にかかっていると思っていないので治療は極めて難しい状態ですが、担当を変えるということで患者の環境を変えることが先決であると考えます。ただ現状で担当変更という対応ができないのならば抗精神病薬の少量、コントミンまたはネオペリドールの投与を提案します。鎮静作用があるので試みる価値はあると思います。稟議審査委員会への書類提出は必要でしょうか。
Translation - Portuguese A paciente não acredita que esteja doente, o que faz a terapia ser muito mais difícil. Acredito que a maior prioridade deveria ser a troca do terapeuta, permitindo-a encontrar um ambiente diferente. No entanto, se isso não for possível no momento, creio que ela terá de começar a tomar uma pequena dose de medicamentos antipsicóticos. Proponho o uso de Clorpromazina e Haloperidol, graças as suas propriedades sedativas creio que vale a pena tentar. Terei que apresentar um pedido de aprovação para o comitê sobre essa questão?

Hello! I'm a English > Portuguese (BR) translator.
I am currently enrolled in a Translation course (B.A.) at college. The course covers theory and translation practice. Throughout my studies I translated (as practice) various texts in different fields, such as literary texts, academic articles, technical texts, legal documents and subtitling. I have experience with CAT Tools (OmegaT, Smartcat, MateCat etc.), TMs and terminology research.
Regarding my professional experience, I have been a freelance translator for the past year. I did a few projects for different clients, mostly in the field of arts and entertainment (such as subtitling video game cutscenes) and academic/technical texts.
