I have been working for about 6 years for an e-commerce company operating on Amazon  mainly as a customer service representative in Japanese and English, but where I also had the opportunity to do tasks in other fields, like translation and shipping. I have also worked as a translator and proofreader for roughly one year and recently I obtained the Translation Certificate from the Ministry of Culture in English and Japanese (EN - medicine, JP - fine arts).
