CV From 2004-2008: Studies at the National University of
Rwanda in Translation and Interpreting. The year 2018: Master’s in Translation and
Interpreting at University of Rwanda (Suspended). From 1997-2001: As a freelancer, I dealt with
various translation works in domains of law and regulations, land certificates,
diplomas, and other documents. I also interpreted for tourists who visited
Virunga National Parc. From 2002-2004: I headed the Task Force that
translated Bukonya District Consultative Council meetings’ resolutions once it
came to render them into English or French languages. I also dealt with
consecutive and simultaneous interpretations for the district. From 2004-2008:) I dealt with translations of the
documents and brochures from NGOs and different banks that were located in Huye
and Nyanza towns. From 2009-2011: I translated many documents from
different companies and enterprises that were located in Musanze town. I also
interpreted for tourists in Musanze town. From 2012-2022: I translated the minutes of the Board
of Rwanda Academy of Language and Culture and the documents on law and
regulations inside this Institution. I also worked for different translation
companies in Kigali translating so many documents from different fields. I also did
consecutive and simultaneous interpretations. I speak Kinyarwanda, English, French and Swahili
