Elena Andreol, after graduating in conference interpreting in English, German and French and receiving professional assignments as interpreter for renowned corporations, embarked on her new professional path, entering the field of international trade, obtaining the role of export manager. 

Driven by her professional ambition, in 2013 she accepted a job offer in Berlin at a small e-commerce company. Starting there as a Country manager and translator for Italy and France, after only two months she becomes head of the International Department, directing an entire team of 45 Country Managers from 20 different nationalities and managing in 12 months together with her team to establish the brand of his company in more than19 markets, contributing in first line to reach turnovers of € 100,000 M per year.

At the same time, she created her own private label brand distributed in the Italian and German markets through third-party e-commerce platforms. Driven by their expanding desire for growth and continuous training, they have created a unique reality named Go Project, founded on the combination of their expertise.
