Twenty-five years in the securities industry on the ground in Tokyo, with 3 Japanese companies and 3 foreign companies, engaged in Japanese equity research, sales and portfolio management, followed by 22+ years as a freelance at-home J-E translator in the fields of finance, economics, securities, IR and the others shown in my profile, as well as pretty much anything non-technical (manuals, restaurant menus, travel guides, etc.).
