Özkan Sakin is a 33-year-old freelance translator, born and raised in Germany. He has always had a passion for languages and decided to pursue a career in translation. He completed his undergraduate degree in Translation Studies at a German university and later went on to earn his Master's degree in Translation Technology.

After completing his education, Özkan began working as a freelance translator, serving clients from various industries such as technology, medicine, finance and law. He has a strong understanding of German, his mother tongue, and fluent in English. He is also well-versed in Turkish, his family's language.

In recent years, Özkan has focused on utilizing translation software and machine translation to improve the efficiency and accuracy of his work. He is also actively involved in the local translator community and often serves as a mentor and advisor for aspiring translators.

In his free time, Özkan enjoys learning new languages and expanding his cultural knowledge. He is also a big fan of traveling, it gives him the opportunity to immerse himself in different cultures and improve his language skills. His ultimate goal is to be able to work with as many languages as possible, and to help bridge the language gap between people and cultures.
