Niamh Kennedy: Freelance Translator Providing Quality, Professional Translations 

I received my Master in Translation Studies, July 2021, with Distinction. 

I began working as a freelance translator during my MA, allowing me to hone my translation expertise through both my education and through real life experience with the translation industry. 

In addition to this, I hold an undergraduate degree in English literature and French, and have lived in France working as a language teacher. As a result, I am adept in analysing and understanding any text, and articulating ideas clearly in both French and English. 

I provide full-time freelance translation services. I also provide additional services in editing, proofreading, and transcription.

I have experience with a broad range of translation, for example, scientific and medical translation, and have experience translating webpages and journalistic material. I am therefore comfortable to translate both technical documents and documents of a more literary nature.
