Hi, I am a professional trilingual translator between Russian/English and Kazakh languages. I was born in Kazakhstan and naturally bilingual. I have bachelor's degree in translation. I started my career in 2002 as an in house translator for a big oil and gas company in Kazakhstan called Tengizchevroil LLP (JV of Chevron, Exxon, KazMunaiGas, Luk Arko). At Tengizchevroil, I translated various types of documentation such as: legal contracts, business correspondence, tax audit reports, accounting documents, tax regulations, correspondence between the company and Kazakhstan Government, environmental regulations, documents associated with marketing and transportation of crude oil and liquified petroleum gas, protocols, minutes of meetings, IT/IM, human resources documentation and many more. I left the company in 2010 to move to the UK to pursue my further education and obtained Master of Arts Degree in IHRM. I then worked as an HR professional for over 3 years years in the UK.

In 2016, I joined British-Kazakh engineering company as an in-house translator and worked for the company until April 2023. I specialised in the translation of oil and gas engineering documentation such as proposals, reports, processes and procedures, bidding etc. I also assisted the company by doing translations for  finance, tax and legal teams. 

Over these years I gained extensive experience and would like to try working as a freelance translator.
