L'immeuble bâti situe au quartier EKOUNOU BASTOS qui est mis en location, appartient en toute propriété à Monsieur Blaise NJOMO, objet de titre foncier N°29882 du Mfoundi.
Considérant que le bailleur et le locataire ont accepté les termes de la mise location lesquels ont arrêté et convenu ce qui suit:
ARTICLE 2: Désignation
Par ce contrat, le bailleur loue par les présentes au preneur un ensemble immobilier urbain bâti sis à Yaoundé au lieu-dit EKOUNOU BASTOS d'une superficie de 782(Sept cent quatre-vingt-deux) mètre carré réparti en trois publics comprennent:
- Le rez-de-chaussée ayant une superficie de 93 (Quatre-vingt treize) mètre carré,
- Les niveaux 1, 2 et 4 ayant chacun une superficie de 230 (Deux cent trente) mètre carré.
Le présent bail est conclu moyennant les clauses et conditions ci-après que les parties s'obligent à exécuter.
Translation - English ARTICLE 1: Ownership of property
The building to be leased out is, according to land certificate No 29882 of Mfoundi, the exclusive property of Mr Blaise NJOMO. It is located in the EKOUNOU BASTOS neighbourhood.
Considering that the Lessor has accepted to lease out the building, and the Lessee has accepted the terms of the lease, both parties have therefore agreed as follow:
ARTICLE 2: Designation
The Lessor hereby leases out to the Lessee the building located in Yaounde in the EKOUNOU BASTOS neighbourhood with a surface area of 782 (Seven hundred eighty-two) square metre with three floors consisting of:
- The ground floor with the surface area of 93 (Ninety three) square metre;
- The first, second and fourth floors each one has a surface area of 230 (Two hundred thirty) square metre.
Both parties shall be bound to respect the following clauses and conditions of the lease.
