Bio
Blessed with a bilingual
family, I have always been speaking English and Japanese all my life at home and
work--17 years of experience in the field of translation.
Taking the advice of my
far-sighted mother, I flew over the Pacific Ocean at the age of 18 and studied
engineering in Japan. Afterward, I worked as a technical consultant and
translator for 17 years at Japanese companies, first in Japan and later in
China, during which I have been involved in translation and multilingualism,
especially in the multicultural environment in which I grew up and those in
which I studied and worked.
By acquiring
greater insights and a deeper understanding of Japanese and Chinese language,
history and culture over a decade of living and working in Eastern countries, I
have dedicated myself to removing barriers of language and culture between Easterners
and Westerners - striving to make communication smoother.
