I’m Norwegian, living in Spain, working as a freelance English - Norwegian (Scandinavian, SE/NO/DK) translator. My native language is Norwegian and English is my working language. As an engineer, writing is a part of the main role and to do research in al kind of different languages is common.

I’m still available for more work. I have done translation now for over 7+ years with good experience. The translation software I can use is WordPress, Lokalise, Shopify, Livewords, Crowdin, MemoQ, Memsource, SLR files, SRT files and Microsoft Excel & Word. CAT tools are SmartCat, Trados and XTM. I work from a Mac machine so the translation software has to be compatible with that. My capacity is 500-1000 words an hour depending on what the sources are. I have good experience with gambling and casino pages, I translated the whole Bestcasinos webpages from English and Swedish to Norwegian. Specialist with a special interest in VPNs, cybersecurity, Antivirus and Bitcoins.
With my background as a Principal Drilling Engineer I've got a good understanding of what team work entails. I am educated Petroleum Engineer with 12 + years experience from oil companies. I have a wide understanding of how to use research platforms, know project plannings, good understanding on how to full fill a project safe by deadlines and should be an important part of the job that the Translator & Editor need to be. Are used to be working in teams and have good adaptability.
