A flame-retardant polyolefin-based laminate, comprising:
a skin material layer, as a first layer, having a thickness of 0.1 to 1 mm, and formed of a polyolefin-based elastomer and/or a polypropylene-based resin which has a weight average molecular weight in a range of 80,000 to 500,000 and in which a resin elution amount at a temperature up to 0 °C obtained by a cross fractionation method is 25 to 75 wt% of the total amount of the polypropylene-based resin, a resin elution amount at a temperature in a range of more than 0 °C and 80 °C or less is 5 to 45 wt% of the total amount of the polypropylene-based resin, a resin elution amount at a temperature in a range of more than 80 °C and 100 °C or less is 2 to 45 wt% of the total amount of the polypropylene-based resin, and a resin elution amount at a temperature in a range of more than 100 °C and 125 °C or less is 2 to 40 wt% of the total amount of the polypropylene-based resin; and
a foam layer, as a second layer, having a thickness of 0.5 to 5 mm, and formed of a foam of a resin composition including a polypropylene-based resin at 0 to 85 wt% and a polyethylene-based resin at 100 to 15 wt%,
wherein each of the skin material layer and foam layer contains a mixed flame retardant compound which is formed of a phosphorus compound represented by Formula (1) or (2) and a nitrogen compound represented by Formula (3), and in which a ratio of an amount of the phosphorus compound to an amount of the nitrogen compound is 90 to 50:10 to 50 by weight ratio, and the mixed flame retardant compound is contained in a proportion of 5 to 100 parts by weight in the skin material layer and is contained in a proportion of 25 to 100 parts by weight in the foam layer with respect to 100 parts by weight of the resin composition forming each layer.
