Born and raised in Barcelona, I am bilingual in Catalan and Spanish. I studied Economics and did
two exchange programs, in Italy and Brazil, which allowed me to learn Italian and Portuguese. I
moved to Ireland to work and improve my English. I did a volunteer programme in Morocco to
teach Spanish to children, and I learned French at the same time. Then I sailed from the Caribbean
to French Polynesia as a translator for a French captain. After all these years of immersing myself
in other cultures and ways of speaking, I am putting all this knowledge and experience into
practice as a freelance translator.
