English to Macedonian: Dubbing (Гласовна локализација) General field: Other Detailed field: Cinema, Film, TV, Drama
Source text - English Some dub localizations are quite popular in their own right, with even a handful of greatly altered titles proving equally if not more popular than the original.
Several examples include some of ADV's comedy dubs, especially the "alternate", dub for Super Milk-chan and the (admittedly still quite controversial) English dub for Ghost Stories, which contrary to the nature of the original show, was adult in nature and primarily a work of parody, and thus proved popular with a very different audience from the original children's series.
However, the best example of a localization - indeed, an extreme localization - which proved to be extremely popular and in-demand (even more than the original version), is likely Samurai Pizza Cats, the English version by Saban of which is still praised for its humor and often pointed to as an example of an extreme localization that worked.
Robotech, the result of several series dubbed, and merged, has formed its own fanbase, and has even spun off several movies and series.
Macross, one of the series included in Robotech, later received an uncut English dub by ADV Films.
A similar production, Voltron, an English dub of Beast King GoLion and Armored Fleet Dairugger XV, has also been very successful in the United States, and has spun off into its own franchise.
The only exception of this is the tokusatsu series Power Rangers, because in an adaptation of the fighting scenes of the Japanese series of the same genre; Super Sentai, but with different history and exclusive characters of the American version, such as Zordon and Lord Zedd of the first series, converting to a different franchise series and therefore is not considered a dub localization.
A reference to localization was done in a Futurama episode Reincarnation parodying dubbed anime such as Speed Racer and Robotech.

Неколку примери за тоа се дублажите за комедии од компанијата „АДВ“, особено „алтернативниот“ дублаж за „Супер Милк Чан“ и (општо познатиот и сѐ уште контроверзен) дублаж на англиски јазик за „Гоуст Сторис“, којшто спротивно на природата на оригиналната серија беше направен за возрасни и пред сѐ како пародија и затоа стана популарен кај многу поинаква публика од оригиналната детска серија.
Сепак, најдобар пример за локализација и тоа локализација до крајност, која што се покажа како ептен популарна и барана (дури и повеќе од оригиналната верзија) е „Самурај Пица Кетс“, англиската верзија на „Сабан“, којашто сѐ уште е фалена по нејзиниот хумор и често прикажувана како пример за успешна локализација.
„Роботех“ - неколку дублирани серии и споени заедно си создаде своја база на фанови, па дури од тоа и произлегоа неколку филмови и серии.
„Макрос“ една од сериите вклучени во „Роботех“, која подоцна доби нескратен дублаж на англиски јазик од компанијата „АДВ Филмс“.
Една слична продукција - „Волтрон“, дублаж на англиски јазик за „Бест Кинг Гоулајон“ и „Арморд Флит Дајругер XV“, исто така беше многу успешна во САД и од неа произлезе целосно нова франшиза.
Единствен исклучок за ова е токатцу серијата „Павер Ренџерс“, бидејќи е адаптација на акционите сцени од јапонската серија од истиот жанр - Супер Сентаи, но со различна историја и ексклузивни ликови во американската верзија, како што е Зордон и Лорд Зед од првата сезона, претворајќи ја во серија со различна франшиза и затоа не се смета за локализиран дублаж.

Source text - English Hollywood is the oldest film industry in the world which was originated 121 years ago.
The earliest documented account of an exhibition of projected motion pictures in the United States was in June 1894 in Richmond, Indiana by Charles Francis Jenkins.
The first movie studio in the Hollywood area, Nestor Studios, was founded in 1911 by Al Christie for David Horsley in an old building on the northwest corner of Sunset Boulevard and Gower Street.
In the same year, another fifteen Independents settled in Hollywood.
Hollywood came to be so strongly associated with the film industry that the word "Hollywood" came to be used colloquially to refer to the entire industry.
In 1913 Cecil B. DeMille, in association with Jesse Lasky, leased a barn with studio facilities on the southeast corner of Selma and Vine Streets from the Burns and Revier Studio and Laboratory, which had been established there.
DeMille then began production of The Squaw Man (1914).
It became known as the Lasky-DeMille Barn and is currently the location of the Hollywood Heritage Museum.

Најраната документирана сметка за прикажување на проекција на подвижни слики во САД е од јуни, 1894 год во Ричмонд, во Индијана, издадена од страна на Чарлс Френсис Џенкинс.
Првото филмско студио во областа на Холивуд - „Нестор Студиос“ е основано во 1911 год од Ал Кристи за Дејвид Хорсли во стара зграда на северозападниот агол на булеварот Сансет и улицата Гувер.
Истата година уште петнаесет самостојници се сместиле во Холивуд.

Source text - English Post-production is many different processes grouped under one name.
These typically include:
Video editing the picture of a television program using an edit decision list (EDL)
Writing, (re)recording, and editing the soundtrack.
Adding visual special effects - mainly computer-generated imagery (CGI) and digital copy from which release prints will be made (although this may be made obsolete by digital-cinema technologies).
Sound design, sound effects, ADR, foley and music, culminating in a process known as sound re-recording or mixing with professional audio equipment.
Transfer of colour motion picture film to video or DPX with a telecine and color grading (correction) in a color suite.
The post-production phase of creating a film usually takes longer than the actual shooting of the film, and can take several months to complete because it includes the complete editing, colour correction and the addition of music and sound.
The process of editing a movie is also seen as the second directing because through post-production it is possible to change the intention of the movie.
Furthermore, through the use of color grading tools and the addition of music and sound, the atmosphere of the movie can be heavily influenced.
For instance a blue-tinted movie is associated with a cold atmosphere and the choice of music and sound increases the effect of the shown scenes to the audience.
Post-production was named a "dying industry" by Phil Izzo.
The once exclusive service offered by high end post-production facilities have been eroded away by video editing software that operates on a non-linear editing system (NLE).
As such, traditional (analogue) post-production services are being surpassed by digital, leading to sales of over $6 billion annually.

А тоа се:
Видео уредување на слика на една телевизиска програма со користење на Листа со одлуки за уредување (EDL).
Пишување, (пре)снимање и уредување на тонски запис.
Додавање специјални визуелни ефекти - главно компјутерски генерирани слики (CGI) и правење дигитална копија од која се прават филмски ленти (иако ова може да е застарено поради дигиталните кинематографски технологии).
Создавањето звук, звучните ефекти, студиското снимање на дијалози (ADR), шумови и музика, кулминираат во процес познат како преснимање или миксање со професионална аудио опрема.
Пренос на филмска лента со подвижни слики во боја во видео формат или .dpx со машина за копирање филмска лента во видео запис и степенување на боја (корекција) во контролна соба за боја.
Пост-продукциската фаза на создавање филм обично трае подолго од самото снимање на филмот и потребни се неколку месеци за комплетирање, оти вклучува целосно уредување, корекција на боја и додавање музика и звук.
