Source text - English Prenuptial Agreement
This prenuptual agreement is entered into on this ____ day of April, 2006, by and between XXX [referred to as "man"] of Hillsborough County, Florida, and XXX [referred to as "woman"] of XXX County, Florida, considering the following recitals:
1. The parties are contemplating marriage to each other in the near future; and
2. The parties desire to make a reasonable and sufficient provision in release and in full satisfaction of all rights which they might or could have, by reason of their marriage, in and to the property which the parties now individually own or may subsequently acquire and to settle all questions of property and financial responsibility between them; and
3. The parties have discussed the general subject matter and provisions of this agreement for some time; and
4. The parties have read this agreement and entered into it freely and voluntarily and after consultation with separate legal counsel named below; and
5. Each party is fully informed of all rights and privileges conferred by law on a surviving spouse in the property and estate of a deceased spouse and in the property and assets of the other spouse in the event of a divorce or annulment; and
6. Each party has been advised that in order for this agreement to be effective there must be a full and complete disclosure by each party to the other of his or her respective assets and income; and

Source text - English All installations and applications of XXX heaters must meet all relevant local, regional, and national codes. Included are LP gas, natural gas, electrical and safety codes. Your local fuel gas supplier, a local licensed electrician, local fire department, or similar government agency.
Read all instructions and review all illustrations before beginning assembly.
Review the desired location of the heater’s mounting brackets. The brackets must be installed so there is no interference with electrical raceways, gas, or water supply lines.
The wall brackets must be securely fastened to a building with a structure capable of supporting the combined weight of the wall brackets, the heater, and associated air handling accessories. Additionally, the brackets must be located to withstand the effects of wind, snow, ice accumulations and other adverse weather conditions to the heater.
