1) In this Article-
(a) ancillary transport service means sledding service lashing and securing service, cargo inspection services, preparation of customers documentation, container handling services and storage of transported goods or goods to be transported;
(b) foreign going aircraft means any aircraft engaged in the transportation for reward of passenger or goods wholly or mainly on flight between airport in Ethiopia and airport in export countries or between airports in export countries or between airports in export countries;
(c) international transport services means:
1. the service, other than ancillary transport services, of transporting passengers or goods by land, water, or air
(i) from a place outside Ethiopia to another place outside Ethiopia to another place outside Ethiopia where the transport or part of the transport is across the territory of Ethiopia;
(ii) from a place outside Ethiopia to a place in Ethiopia ; or
(iii) from a place in Ethiopia to a place outside Ethiopia;
