Jedná se o bytovou jednotku o velikosti 2+1 ve čtvrtém nadzemním podlaží výše uvedeného domu.
K bytové jednotce přináleží spoluvlastnický podíl na společných částech budovy č.p. 777, k.ú. Veveří, postavené na pozemku parc.č. 1364 o velikosti id. 922/17266 a podíl na pozemku p.č. 1364 – zastavěná plocha a nádvoří, k.ú. Veveří a podíl na pozemku p.č. 1365 – ostatní plocha, k.ú. It is a flat unit of 2+1 size on the fourth floor of the building of above stated house.
To this flat unit belongs ownership share on common parts of the building land register reference number 777, land register office Veveří, built on land plot no 1364 in the amount of identification number 922/17266 and share on land plot no 1364 – built-up area and yard, land register office Veveří and share on land plot no 1365 – other land, land register office Veveří – in amount of identification number 922/17266 in view of the whole unit everything listed in land register office with Land Registry for Jihomoravský kraj registered at Brno, cadastral workplace Brno – město, for cadastral area Veveří , municipality Brno and district Brno – město LV no 4020, 406, 3238.
