Translation - English The neurological examination demonstrated that the passive mobility of the lumbar spine is limited at the end of the range of motion due to pain. Selective strength tests did not indicate paresis of the muscles of the shoulder, upper and lower arm or hand, bilaterally. Insignificant weakening of the left biceps deep tendon reflex and hypoactive deep tendon reflex of the triceps muscle, bilaterally. Trömner's reflex and Hoffman's sign are mildly positive, bilaterally, no sensory disturbance.
Electromyography and nerve conduction velocity demonstrated a distal motor latency of 3.8 ms in the area of the left median nerve, 2.4 ms of the left ulnar nerve, the sensory latency of the left median nerve was 2.9 ms. Electromyography demonstrated spontaneous activity at rest in the area of the left deltoid muscle as well as the left brachioradial muscle and the left biceps. Pathological increase in the number of phases in the area of the left deltoid muscle and the left biceps due to mild innervation.
