I am a professional English > Spanish Sworn Translator with over 25
years of experience, mainly in the Engineering field, but also with strong
experience in Technical (IT),  Medicine /
Health Sciences, Legal & Finance.

Since
January 2020, I have been working at Flowtex HDD S.A., a renowned Argentine
company specializing in Horizontal Directional Drilling. During this time, I
have acquired expertise in translating terminology specific to the sector,
covering procedures, supplies, and equipment required for each stage of a
drilling project, as well as soil studies and more. Flowtex’s primary clients
include major energy and Oil & Gas companies in the country.

My
role as a translator has honed my abilities in research, writing, drafting,
reviewing, and editing various forms of written content. It has also given me a
keen eye for detecting typos, enhancing both source and target texts by
addressing inconsistencies, adhering to style guides, ensuring coherence, and
more. Freelance work has further equipped me to interact with clients from
diverse countries, cultures, and time zones, encompassing responsibilities such
as prospecting, quoting, invoicing, budget management, and prioritization.

I
am confident in my capacity to make a valuable contribution, leveraging my
advanced proficiency in both English and Spanish, coupled with my diverse skill
set in the aforementioned office tasks. I am eager to embrace new learning

MS Office, Google Suite, CAT Tools, and video conferencing applications. I also
possess basic knowledge of German and French, and hold a diploma as an SAP
Consultant (MM / SD) awarded by Accenture.
