With over 25 years of professional experience in interpretation, translation, and cross-cultural communication, I provide high-quality Japanese-English language services across a broad range of industries.

Since September 2007, I have worked as a freelance interpreter and translator supporting clients in automotive, engineering, manufacturing, electronics, information technology, fashion retail, merchandising, tourism, media, agriculture, aerospace, and other specialized sectors. My translation experience includes technical manuals for agricultural machinery, international conference presentations, SAE technical papers, global CAD standards and guidelines, engineering documentation, and technical reports.

Prior to becoming an independent language professional, I served as the Principal Interpreter at the R&D facility of a major multinational automotive manufacturer in Japan from 2001 to 2007. In this role, I supported all stages of vehicle development, from concept planning and research through development, testing, production launch, quality control, market feedback analysis, and advanced research initiatives. This experience provided me with extensive technical knowledge and the ability to work effectively in highly demanding environments requiring speed, accuracy, and subject-matter expertise.

Earlier in my career, I worked as an ESL instructor from 1998 to 2001, teaching corporate, vocational school, and private students. In 1999, I also provided interpreting and translation services for JVC Victor, supporting training programs for associates from the company's manufacturing facility in the Philippines.
