Fulltime freelance translator since 1997.
Admitted to the Bar of North Carolina, 2011
Started as a medical and pharmaceutical translator after 2 yrs in house with French firm which specialized in those domains, branched out as a freelancer to include legal and technical terminology (i.e. now do many patents, terms of reference, business correspondence).

Generally, I translate 5000 words/day for new translations - ones that have not previously been worked on with Trados. Subsequent translations are much faster.
