By the time you're 20, you should be an unstoppable fighting machine with beautiful manners, which means you're ready to become a knight. This is the biggest moment in a squire's life and for the son of wealthy and powerful nobles it involves a slightly bizarre cerimony.
Getting ready
First, your fellow squires will give you a cold bath.
Then, dressed in a smart tunic and cloack, you have to spend an entire night kneeling in a church, praying that you'll be a good knight. No nodding off.
Being dubbed
In the morning, you kneel in front of the person who's going to make you a knight. Only another knight, or the king, can do this.
The knight takes your sword and touches you on the shoulder with it. (Try to avoid sudden movements at this point.) This is called a dubbing.
Then he gives the sword back to you, and -hey presto- you're a KNIGHT. You've made it! Give yourself a pat in the back.

Product X has enhanced Gram-negative activity versus ceftazidime including:
beta-lactamase producing Haemophilus influenzae (H. flu)
beta-lactamase-negative ampicillin-resistant H. Flu
AmpC derepressed & extended spectrum beta-lactamase (ESBL) producing Enterobacteriaceae
carbapenem-resistant KPC producing Enterobacteriaceae
