Ein Aktionär haftet in Höhe des Nennwerts seiner Aktien und wird durch die Dividende am unternehmerischen Erfolg (Gewinn) der AG beteiligt. Es gibt folgende Aktienarten: Inhaberaktie, Namensaktie, Stammaktie (gewährt dem Inhaber die durch das Aktiengesetz festgelegten Anteilsrechte) und die Vorzugsaktie.
