Source text - Dutch De behandeling is afhankelijk van het type huidonregelmatigheid. Bij bloedvatafwijkingen zoals Couperose (gesprongen rode adertjes), Spider Naevus (spinvormige gesprongen adertjes), Bloedblaasjes en Acne Rosacea (couperose met ontstekingen en puistvorming) worden aangestipt met gedoceerde warmte gecoaguleerd (smelten van eiwitten). Er ontstaat een korstje op het behandelde gebied wat er na enkele dagen afvalt, dan ontstaat er een lichtroze huid. De huid kleurt zich vanzelf weer in de natuurlijke huidskleur.
Overpigmentatie zoals pigmentvlekken of ouderdomsvlekken worden als het ware van de huid geschrapt. Er ontstaat een Klein schaafwondje waar een korstje op komt. Als het korstje er afvalt (dit duurt één tot twee weken), is het vlekje verdwenen en ontstaat er een lichtroze huid. De huid kleurt zich vanzelf weer in de natuurlijke huidskleur.

Nel caso di imperfezioni vascolari, quali couperose (capillari rossi), spider angioma (capillari ragniformi), vescichette ed acne rosacea (couperose con infiammazioni e foruncoli) il trattamento consiste in un dosaggio termico dosato che ne causa la coagulazione (scioglimento delle proteine). Nel punto trattato si forma una piccola crosticina che si stacca dopo qualche giorno, lasciando il posto ad un nuovo strato di pelle rosa chiaro. Il colore della pelle riprende la propria tinta naturale entro poco tempo.
L’eccesso di pigmenti, come nel caso di macchie di pigmentazione o macchie da invecchiamento viene praticamente raschiato via. In seguito al trattamento la pelle presenta una piccola abrasione sulla quale si formerà una leggera crosticina. Allo staccarsi della crosticina (cosa che avviene entro 2-3 settimane) la pelle si presenta di colore rosa chiaro. Il colore della pelle riprende la propria tinta naturale entro poco tempo.
