Los primeros jinetes fueron los nómades asiáticos. Allí, en la gran estepa, donde la tierra se extiende como un océano y los vientos aúllan con mil voces, el hombre saltó sobre el lomo del caballo y cambió su vida para siempre.
El hombre estaba pronto para ser más veloz. Había capturado la velocidad del ave de rapiña con el arco y las flechas. En ellas, el hombre volaba hasta alcanzar su presa. Con el caballo, logró erguirse sobre el paisaje y moverse como el viento. Convertido en ganadero hambriento de horizonte, su nomadismo más intenso comenzó con el caballo. Estos hombres sin historia, desplegaron su poder en la más extensa geografía. Su gran movilidad los transformó en conectores entre Estados distantes.

PARTY OF THE FIRST PART: METODO DEL URUGUAY INGENIERIA S.A., legal person, domiciled at 26 de Marzo street, number 3566, hereby represented by Mr. MARCO ANTONIO STEPHAN, holder of Identity Card number 4.656.173-7, as General Manager, with the same domicile as the Corporation, hereinafter the CORPORATION.- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -------------------------------------------
AND PARTY OF THE SECOND PART: NORDVILLE KERSKEDELMI ÉS SZOLGÁLTATÓ KFT, legal person incorporated pursuant to the laws of Hungary, domiciled at 1146 Budapest, Ajtósi Dürer Sor 31. A/3 and for such purposes at Juncal 1378 Esc. 1302, hereby represented by Mr. GABRIEL VIEIRA MEROLA, holder of Identity Card number 1.439.6821-7, hereinafter the CONTRACTING PARTY. - - - - -
Who convene to enter into the present agreement of professional services rendered, subject to the following terms and conditions:
BACKGROUND: 1) THE CORPORATION is a company well known internationally, member of METODO group, dedicated to the construction of large building enterprises;
2) Within this framework, the same has been awarded the construction of the Hospital Base del Ejército La Reina (La Reina Army Base Hospital), in the Republic of Chile, with a total area of approximately 90,700 m2, with capacity for around 330 beds, and which includes the following general areas:
· Doctors’ Offices, Emergency Room, Clinical Support, Administration and others – 4 floors;
· Hospitalization - 7 floors;
· External Internship - 8 floors;
· Cultural area - 2 floors;
· Underground Parking lots and others, including ground parking lots, heliport, gardens and internal road system.
3) Whereas THE CORPORATION, within the framework of the abovementioned agreement, has to carry out the acquisition, installation and starting up of the medical, clinical and administrative equipment of the mentioned Military Hospital;
4) Whereas THE CONTRACTING PARTY is a corporation with long experience, whose specialization is the search and supply of contacts and places for the performance of the activities mentioned in the above item, offering its professional and training services on the matter with the highest standards of professional devotion and privacy.-
FIRST: OBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT. THE COPORATION entrusts the CONTRACTING PARTY, who accepts so, with the rendering of its professional services in all aspects related to the performance of the following issues:
a) To comply with all the provisions set forth in the document called ANNEX I, TECHNICAL BASIS FOR EQUIPMENT, for the Acquisition, Installation and Starting Up of the Medical, Clinic and Administrative Equipment of the La Reina Military Hospital, the same considered part hereof and which is signed by both contracting parties.-
b) To be in charge of the search and supply of high-tech clinic specialization and sophistication machines and equipment, detailed in the CDs identified as ANNEX II and ANNEX III of the present agreement, whose labels are signed by both parties, stating to know the files contained in the same.-
SECOND: The services set forth in the present agreement shall be rendered by THE CONTRACTING PARTY, with the highest degree of technical and legal reliability with respect to the arrangements and tasks under the compliance of the present agreement. In addition, THE CORPORATION commits to submitting any request or demand of additional information regarding the present task, in written to the domicile of the CONTRACTING PARTY, clearly stating the terms of the new task requested. In the event the instructions sent by THE CORPORATION are not clear or contradict the terms of the present agreement, a letter shall be sent to the domicile of the CONTRACTING PARTY expressly authorizing the same to perform said task and releasing the same from any consequence or future claim which can be filed by THE CORPORATION.-
THIRD: It is expressly agreed that the CONTRACTING PARTY acts pursuant to the terms of an agency with no representation, acting under its own name but on account of THE CORPORATION. The term, conditions and basic criteria of administration shall be object of written instructions given by THE CORPORATION to the CONTRACTING PARTY, before the rendering of services start.
FOURTH: AUTHORITIES AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE CONTRACTING PARTY.
1) THE CONTRACTING PARTY shall not be responsible of the result of the purchases and acquisitions ordered, as long as the same adjust to the terms and instructions referred to in the abovementioned clause.
2) THE CONTRACTING PARTY is expressly exempted from any liability or guarantee resulting from the management the same is supposed to perform for the execution of the present agreement.
3) THE CONTRACTING PARTY shall not be liable for the lack of compliance of the obligations assumed by third persons hired by the same, unless at the moment of executing the agreement THE CONTRACTING PARTY is aware or should be aware of the insolvency of said third parties.-
4) THE CONTRACTING PARTY is hereby authorized to carry out all the necessary legal acts and businesses for the good administration of the resources under his responsibility.-
FIFTH: OBLIGATIONS AND GUARANTEES OF THE CORPORATION.
1) THE CORPORATION is bound to supply all the information required by the CONTRACTING PARTY, for the execution of the present agreement in order to clarify the operations requested.-
2) THE CORPORATION assumes under its responsibility and cost all the consequences, expenses, damages and losses which may arise as a consequence of the execution of the present agreement and is bound to fully compensate the CONTRACTING PARTY and/or its Directors, for any expenses or costs, including professional fees which the same shall be obliged to incur or which may be imposed with respect to the present agreement.-
3) The present service rendering agreement is the result of a free and voluntary decision of THE CORPORATION, who expressly acknowledges that the CONTRACTING PARTY, has not made any recommendation regarding the granting of the present agreement nor about its risks, terms, conditions or benefits.-
4) THE CORPORATION expressly exempts the CONTRACTING PARTY from any liability regarding property consequences arisen from the present agreement, as the CONTRACTING PARTY shall limit to comply with the instructions and tasks conferred to the same in the second clause.-
SIXTH: TERM AND TERMINATION.
1) The term of the present agreement shall be until December 31, 2003. Upon said expiration the CONTRACTING PARTY shall report to THE CORPORATION with respect to the tasks performed in compliance with the terms agreed under the present agreement.
2) Any of the parties hereto shall, at any time, and with no justified reason, terminate the present agreement without incurring in any type of responsibility, with a 30-day prior notice to the other party, without prejudice of the compliance of the obligations performed under the present agreement and pending to mature.-
3) In the event any of the parties hereto decide to terminate the agreement, the CONTRACTING PARTY shall supply the CORPORATION with the documentation which has to be returned to THE CORPORATION and the latter shall be bound to subscribe the necessary documentation to carry out the delivery.-
SEVENTH. REMUNERATION AND RENDERING OF ACCOUNTS.
1) THE CORPORATION is bound to pay to the CONTRACTING PARTY the following monthly payments, starting in the month of May 2003: in May the sum of US$ 4,000.oo (four thousand US dollars); in June the sum of US$ 10,000.oo (ten thousand US dollars); in July the sum of US$ 15,000.oo (fifteen thousand US dollars); in August the sum of US$ 46,000.oo (forty six thousand US dollars); in September the sum of US$ 31,000.oo (thirty one thousand US dollars); in October the sum of US$ 30,000.oo (thirty thousand US dollars) and in November the sum of US$ 24,000.oo (twenty four thousand US dollars), which amounts to US$ 160,000.oo (one hundred sixty thousand US dollars). Said payments shall be made to the bank account which the CONTRACTING PARTY shall timely instruct THE CORPORATION.-
2) THE CORPORATION may request all the information it considers necessary regarding operations and tasks performed by THE CONTRACTING PARTY on its account and order, requesting the same in written with 15 days prior notice. Notwithstanding this authority of THE CORPORATION, THE CONTRACTING PARTY shall not be bound to send periodical reports.-
EIGHTH: SUNDRY PROVISIONS.- For the purposes of the present agreement, the parties hereto state that: I) The same count with the corresponding negotiating regulatory authority and that they performed all the necessary acts to subscribe the present instrument, so as to comply with the obligations contained in the same; II) The same are not restrained by any legal or regulatory regulation to enter into and/or comply with the present agreement, nor to subscribe any other document required in relation to the present one; III) They acknowledge that the obligations contained in the present agreement, once the same has been subscribed by its representatives, shall be valid and enforceable pursuant to its provisions; IV) The consent, authorization or approval of a third party shall not be necessary for the validity and efficacy of the present agreement.-
NINTH: NOTICES.- All communications and notices which the parties hereto shall make in virtue of the present agreement, shall be in writing and addressed to the domiciled indicated by each party at the beginning of this document, as well as to any other address or fax number which the parties may agree in writing in the future. Said communications and notices shall be effective as of the moment the same have been received by the other party, and said delivery shall be made in person, by certified mail, registered telegram or any other authentic means.-
TENTH: ARREARS AND FINE- I) The non compliance of any of the obligations set forth in the present agreement, in due date, shall cause the party who does not comply to fall in arrears, without the need of prior judicial or extrajudicial notice whatsoever. II) The sums owed shall accrue a delinquency interest equivalent to 18% (eighteen percent) annually in US dollars.-
ELEVENTH: EXERCISE OF RIGHTS.- The abstention or delay of any of the parties in exercising any of the rights or authorities granted hereby nor the partial exercise of said rights, shall not constitute substitution or waive of said rights. In order for the total or partial waive, as well as for the substitution of any of the rights resulting from this agreement to become fully valid, the same shall be evidenced in writing.-
TWELFTH: CONFIDENTIALITY.- The parties hereto agree that the obligations and information ruled by the present agreement are and shall be confidential. As a result, none of the parties shall disclose to third parties any information or details regarding the present agreement without the prior written consent of its counterpart.-
THIRTEENTH: JUDICIAL AND EXTRA JUDICIAL EXPENSES.- In the event of noncompliance, the non complying party shall be responsible for all judicial and extra judicial expenses incurred for said reason.-
FOURTEENTH: APPLICABLE LAW AND JURSIDICTION.- The present agreement shall be governed by the applicable law of the Republic of Uruguay and the Courts in said State shall be competent to act in any matter regarding the same.-
In compliance with the above, the parties hereto subscribe two counterparts of like tenor on the date abovementioned.-

En la ciudad de Montevideo, República Oriental del Uruguay, el día tres de abril de dos mil tres, entre:
POR UNA PARTE: METODO DEL URUGUAY INGENIERIA S.A., persona jurídica hábil, con sede en esta ciudad en la calle 26 de Marzo número 3566, representada en este acto por el señor MARCO ANTONIO STEPHAN, titular de la Cédula de Identidad número 4.656.173-7, en su calidad de Gerente General, con igual domicilio que la Sociedad, en adelante la SOCIEDAD.- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -
Y POR OTRA PARTE: NORDVILLE KERSKEDELMI ÉS SZOLGÁLTATÓ KFT, persona jurídica constituída bajo las disposiciones de las leyes de Hungría, con domicilio real en 1146 Budapest, Ajtósi Dürer Sor 31. Quienes convienen en celebrar el presente contrato de prestación de servicios profesionales, sujeto a los siguientes términos y condiciones:
ANTECEDENTES: 1) LA SOCIEDAD es una empresa reconocida a nivel internacional, integrante del grupo METODO, que se dedica a la construcción de grandes emprendimientos en materia edilicia;
2) En ese marco, ha resultado adjudicataria de la construcción del Hospital Base del Ejército La Reina, en la República de Chile, con una superficie total de 90.700 m2 aprox. , con una capacidad de 330 camas aproximadamente, que comprende las siguientes áreas generales:
· Consultorio, Urgencia, Apoyo Clínico, Administración y otros - 4 niveles;
· Hospitalización - 7 niveles;
· Pensionado Externo - 8 niveles;
· Área cultural - 2 niveles;
· Estacionamientos Subterráneos y otros, incluyendo además, estacionamientos de superficie, helipuerto, jardines y vialidad interna.
3) Considerando que LA SOCIEDAD debe en el marco del contrato mencionado anteriormente, realizar la adquisición, instalación y puesta en marcha del equipamiento médico, clínico y administrativo del citado Hospital Militar;
4) Considerando que EL PRESTADOR es una sociedad de extensa trayectoria, cuya especialización es la búsqueda y provisión de los contactos y lugares para la realización de las actividades enumeradas en el numeral anterior, ofreciendo sus servicios profesionales y capacitación en la materia con el máximo celo y secreto profesional.-
PRIMERO: OBJETO DEL CONTRATO. LA SOCIEDAD encomienda al PRESTADOR, quien acepta, la prestación de sus servicios profesionales en todo lo atinente a la realización de las siguientes gestiones:
a) Cumpla con todas las estipulaciones que se encuentran en el documento denominado ANEXO I, BASES TECNICAS DE EQUIPAMIENTO, para la Adquisición, Instalación y Puesta En Marcha del Equipamiento Médico, Clínico y Administrativo del Hospital Militar La Reina, que se considera parte integrante del mismo y que es firmado por ambas partes contratantes.-
b) Se encargue de la búsqueda y provisión de los aparatos y equipos de alta sofisticación y especialización clínica, que se encuentran insertos en los CD que se identifican como ANEXO II y ANEXO III del presente contrato, cuyas carátulas son firmadas por ambas partes, declarando conocer los archivos que los mismos contienen.-
SEGUNDO: Los servicios estipulados en el presente contrato serán desempeñados por El PRESTADOR, con la mayor solvencia técnica y legal respecto a cada una de las gestiones y trabajos cursados al amparo del presente convenio. Por su parte, LA SOCIEDAD se compromete a remitir cualquier solicitud o pedido de información adicional respecto a la presente gestión, por escrito a la dirección del PRESTADOR, en la que claramente se indiquen los términos de la nueva gestión solicitada. En caso de que las instrucciones remitidas por LA SOCIEDAD, no sean claras o impliquen contradicciones a los términos del presente acuerdo, deberán remitir una carta al domicilio del PRESTADOR, en la que expresamente lo autorizan a realizar tal labor y a la vez, lo releva de cualquier consecuencia o posible reclamación que la misma pueda interponer.-
TERCERO: Se acuerda expresamente que el PRESTADOR actúa conforme a los términos de un mandato sin representación, actuando en nombre propio pero por cuenta de LA SOCIEDAD. El plazo, las condiciones y los criterios básicos de administración deberán ser objeto de instrucciones escritas dadas por LA SOCIEDAD al PRESTADOR, antes del inicio de la prestación de servicios.
CUARTO: PODERES Y OBLIGACIONES DEL PRESTADOR.
1) EL PRESTADOR no será responsable del resultado de las compras y adquisiciones indicadas, en la medida que se ajusten a los términos e instrucciones a que se refiere la cláusula anterior.
2) EL PRESTADOR queda expresamente exonerado de cualquier responsabilidad o garantía resultante del manejo de las gestiones que deba realizar para la ejecución del presente contrato.
3) EL PRESTADOR no será responsable de la falta de cumplimento de las obligaciones asumidas por las personas con quienes haya contratado, salvo que en el momento de la celebración del contrato tuviera conocimiento o debiera tener conocimiento de la insolvencia de dichas personas.-
4) EL PRESTADOR queda autorizado a realizar todos los actos o negocios jurídicos necesarios para la buena administración de los recursos que son de su cargo.-
QUINTO: OBLIGACIONES Y GARANTIAS DE LA SOCIEDAD.
1) LA SOCIEDAD se compromete a brindar toda la información que el PRESTADOR requiera, para la ejecución del presente contrato, a efectos de clarificar y dejar debidamente aclarados las operaciones solicitadas.-
2) LA SOCIEDAD asume a su cargo y costo todas las consecuencias, gastos, daños y quebrantos que puedan resultar como consecuencia de la ejecución del presente convenio y se obligan a mantener indemne y/o a indemnizar plenamente al PRESTADOR y/o a sus Directores, por cualquier gasto o costo, incluyendo honorarios profesionales, en que éstos puedan verse obligados a incurrir, o que puedan serles impuestos, en forma vinculada al presente acuerdo.-
3) El presente contrato de prestación de servicios es producto de la decisión libre y voluntaria de LA SOCIEDAD, quien reconoce expresamente que el PRESTADOR, no ha formulado ninguna recomendación sobre el otorgamiento del presente contrato ni sobre sus riesgos, términos, condiciones o beneficios.-
4) LA SOCIEDAD expresamente exonera al PRESTADOR de cualquier responsabilidad por las consecuencias patrimoniales que se deriven del presente convenio, en la medida que el PRESTADOR se limitará a cumplir las instrucciones y gestiones que le han sido conferidas en la cláusula segunda.-
SEXTO: PLAZO Y RESCISIÓN.
1) El plazo de este contrato será hasta el día 31 de diciembre de 2003, vencido el cual el PRESTADOR rendirá cuentas a LA SOCIEDAD, por las gestiones realizadas en cumplimiento de los términos pactados en el presente contrato.
2) Cualquiera de las partes podrá, en todo momento, y sin causa justificada, rescindir el presente contrato sin incurrir en ningún tipo de responsabilidad, debiendo para ello notificar a la otra parte con 30 días de anticipación, sin perjuicio de respetarse las obligaciones realizadas al amparo de este contrato y pendientes de vencimiento.-
3) En caso de que alguna de las partes decida rescindir el contrato, el PRESTADOR pondrá a disposición de la SOCIEDAD, la documentación que deba ser restituída a LA SOCIEDAD y ésta estará obligada a suscribir la documentación necesaria para que se efectúe la entrega.-
SEPTIMO. REMUNERACIÓN Y RENDICIÓN DE CUENTAS
1) LA SOCIEDAD se obliga a pagar al PRESTADOR los siguientes pagos mensuales, comenzando en el mes de mayo de 2003: en el mes de mayo, la suma de U$S 4.000.oo (dólares estadounidenses cuatro mil); en el mes de junio, la suma de U$S 10.000.oo (dólares estadounidenses diez mil); en el mes de julio, la suma de U$S 15.000.oo (dólares estadounidenses quince mil); en el mes de agosto, la suma de U$S 46.000.oo (dólares estadounidenses cuarenta y seis mil); en el mes de setiembre, la suma de U$S 31.000.oo (dólares estadounidenses treinta y ún mil); en el mes de octubre, la suma de U$S 30.000.oo (dólares estadounidenses treinta mil) y en el mes de noviembre, la suma de U$S 24.000.oo (dólares estadounidenses veinticuatro mil), lo que arroja un total de U$S 160.000.oo (dólares estadounidenses ciento sesenta mil). Los referidos pagos se harán n la cuenta bancaria que el PRESTADOR oportunamente indique a LA SOCIEDAD.-
2) LA SOCIEDAD podrá solicitar toda la información que consideren conveniente sobre las operaciones o gestiones que realizare EL PRESTADOR por su cuenta y orden, solicitando la misma por escrito con 15 días de anticipación. Sin perjuicio de esta facultad de LA SOCIEDAD, EL PRESTADOR no estará obligado a enviar informaciones periódicas.-
OCTAVO: DISPOSICIONES VARIAS.- A los efectos de este contrato, las partes declaran que: I) Cuentan con el poder normativo negociador correspondiente y que realizaron todos los actos necesarios para poder suscribir el presente instrumento, así como para cumplir las obligaciones en él contenidas: II) No están impedidas por ninguna norma legal o reglamentaria de celebrar y/o de cumplir este contrato, ni tampoco de suscribir cualquier documento exigido en conexión con el mismo; III) Reconocen que las obligaciones contenidas en este contrato, una vez que haya sido suscrito por sus representantes, serán válidas y exigibles de acuerdo con sus estipulaciones; IV) Para la validez y eficacia de este contrato, no será necesaria la obtención de consentimiento, autorización o aprobación de tercero.-
NOVENO: NOTIFICACIONES.- Todas las comunicaciones y notificaciones que las partes deban realizar en virtud del presente contrato, serán efectuadas por escrito y dirigidas a la dirección que cada parte indicó como propia al inicio de este instrumento, así como a cualquier otra dirección o número de fax que las partes puedan acordar por escrito en el futuro. Dichas comunicaciones y notificaciones tendrán plena eficacia a partir del momento en que hayan sido recibidas por la parte a la que se dirige, y deberán ser realizadas mediante entrega personal, correo certificado, telegrama colacionado o cualquier otro medio fehaciente.-
DECIMO: MORA AUTOMATICA Y MULTA.- I) El incumplimiento de cualquiera de las obligaciones estipuladas en el presente contrato, en la fecha debida, hará caer en mora a la parte que incumpla, sin necesidad de previa intimación judicial o extrajudicial de ningún tipo. II) Las sumas adeudadas devengarán un interés moratorio equivalente a una tasa del 18% (dieciocho por ciento) efectivo anual en dólares estadounidenses.-
DECIMO PRIMERO: EJERCICIO DE DERECHOS.- No constituirá novación o renuncia de derechos, la abstención o la demora de las partes en ejercer cualquiera de los derechos o facultades que les son conferidos por este contrato, ni tampoco el ejercicio parcial de dichos derechos. Para que sean plenamente eficaces, la renuncia total o parcial, así como la novación de cualquiera de los derechos originados en este contrato, deberán ser documentadas por escrito.-
DECIMO SEGUNDO: CONFIDENCIALIDAD.- Las partes acuerdan que las obligaciones e informaciones, reguladas por el presente contrato son y deben permanecer confidenciales. En consecuencia, ninguna de las partes podrá revelar a terceros ninguna información o detalle relativos al presente contrato, sin previo consentimiento por escrito de su contraparte.-
DECIMO TERCERO: GASTOS JUDICIALES Y EXTRAJUDICIALES.- En caso de incumplimiento, serán de cargo de la parte que incumpla todos los gastos judiciales y extrajudiciales que se generen por dicho motivo.-
DECIMO CUARTO: LEGISLACIÓN Y JURISDICCIÓN APLICABLES.- El presente contrato será regido por la legislación aplicable en la República Oriental del Uruguay y serán competentes para actuar en cualquier asunto relacionado con él, los Tribunales de dicho Estado.-
Y en señal de conformidad, las partes suscriben dos ejemplares de un mismo tenor, en la fecha indicada al comienzo.-

Nº 1.920.353-6, pertenece al personal del Programa de Fortalecimiento de las Artes, Artesanías y Oficios en Uruguay (PAOF), desde el 20 de setiembre de 2004, ocupando desde dicha fecha el cargo de Contadora. A partir de marzo de 2006 también se hace cargo de la Administración de la Oficina de PAOF, con sede en Montevideo, Uruguay.
El Programa PAOF es el Programa de Fortalecimiento de las Artes, Artesanías y Oficios en Uruguay (PAOF) financiado por el Convenio de Financiación
N° URY/B7-310/97/41 de la Comunidad Europea, cuya Autoridad de Tutela es la Administración Nacional de Educación Pública (ANEP). El objetivo general del Programa es mejorar la calidad de vida de los artesanos y contribuir con ello a la revitalización del tejido productivo.
Los cometidos medulares de la Cra. Crosignani son:
· Administración general contable – financiera de la oficina, adquisiciones, pagos, incluyendo firma de cheques y conciliaciones bancarias
· Planificación y control administrativo y financiero de las actividades realizadas por el Proyecto
· Confección de informes financieros- contables, balances, presupuestos y proyecciones
· Preparación y supervisión de las auditorias anuales realizadas al Proyecto
· Participación en los procesos de confección de Pliegos y de llamado a licitaciones.
· Seguimiento financiero - contable de las obras civiles del Proyecto
La Sra. Karina Crosignani se ha familiarizado muy rápidamente con sus obligaciones, abocándose a ellas con gran dedicación y ejecutividad.
Por su actuación competente y perseverante, se ha ganado la plena confianza y el reconocimiento de nuestras contrapartes y colaboradores. Su comportamiento es invariablemente impecable.
En el desempeño de estas amplias funciones, la Cra. Crosignani se caracterizó por gran competencia y agilidad. Su conocimiento y su creciente experiencia respecto al contexto institucional resultaron de una enorme ayuda para la institución.

Reciprocity Characteristics
Fujicolor negative film ETERNA 250D does not need lens opening adjustment nor filtration to avoid a shift of colour balance when used with shutter speeds of 1/1000 to 1/10 second. When the exposure time is 1 second, use 1/3 stop larger lens opening.
Film Base
Film is coated on a triacetate safety base. The film base has been tinted light cyan to prevent fogging of ends that can occur when loading spools of film into the camera in light.
Safelight
This film should be handled in total darkness.
Processing
ETERNA 250D can be processed with Process ECN-2 and formulas published by Eastman Kodak for Eastman Color Negative Film. In the bleaching step, persulfate bleach, ferricyanide bleach or PDTA-ferric blach (UL bleach) can be used.
Edge Markings
MR code system [key number, film identification mark (FN63) and machine-readable bar code for each; film name ETERNA 250D, emulsion number, roll number, frame marks (5, 8, 15 perforations apart for 65mm film, 4 perforations apart for 35mm film, no frame marks for 16mm film) etc.] is printed as latent images.
Handling of Exposed Film
Exposed film should be processed as soon as possible. If exposed film cannot be processed within one week of exposure, it should be stored at temperatures below 10C (50F) and processed as soon as possible.

La película debe ser manejada en absoluta oscuridad.
Revelado
ETERNA 250D se puede revelar con revelado ECN-2 y las fórmulas publicadas por Eastman Kodak para película de negativo color Eastman. En la etapa de blanqueado se puede usar blanqueador de persulfato, blanqueador de ferricianuro o PDTA-blach ferrico (blanqueador UL).
Identificación
Sistema de código MR (número clave, signo de identificación (FN63) y código de barras para ser leído por máquinas en cada caso; nombre de la película ETERNA 250 D, número de emulsión, número de rollo, signo de fotografías (5, 8, 15 perforaciones en películas 65mm, 4 perforaciones en películas 35mm, sin signo de fotografía en películas 16mm etc.) se encuentra impreso en las imágenes latentes.
Manejo de la película expuesta
La película expuesta debe ser revelada lo antes posible. Si la película expuesta no se revela a la semana de exposición, esta debe guardarse a temperaturas por debajo de 10C (50F) y ser revelada lo antes posible.
