В процессе работы над заключением принимались во внимание обстоятельства, которые стали известны из переговоров и предоставленных документов.
Translation - English The Legal Conclusion has been composed on the basis of the legislation of the Russian Federation (hereafter – Russia(n)) as it stands on 1st July 2007. During the course of this work on the Legal Conclusion, an analysis of the current Russian legislation was carried out, of its practical application, and also of the documents submitted by the Client for examination.
In preparation for the Conclusion, we carried out our work on the assumption that the content of the documents, submitted as copies, corresponds exactly to the content of the originals, and that the stamps and signatures on the copies correspond precisely to the stamps and signatures on the originals.

Translation - English Have you ever tried to carry out an ordinary lesson in a computer room? This is often how it works: they fit the class with computers, but don’t show the teacher how to work in a new way, thus bringing extra hassle that you're better off without. We, on the other hand, have arranged things in such a way that to teach and to be taught has become both easier and convenient. It has worked for us, it will work for you. Have a look, it’s easy…
In our school it is understood that every pupil sits in a specific place in the classroom. This means that even before the start of a lesson the teacher knows who will be working at which computer. This information about each class is entered once, and then saved on the teacher's computer.
In every class there are weaker and stronger pupils. It is useful to divide the class beforehand into groups, taking into account their learning abilities. If in a lesson of individual work or training has been planned, every pupil will receive a task that corresponds to his or her level. In the same way you can divide the class and give them different variations in a forthcoming test.
The best teachers will always have all the lesson’s materials prepared in advance. If the lesson takes place in a computer room, these materials will need to be distributed between the pupils’ computers. The easiest time to do this is when the pupils are divided into groups. Then, the files can be sent to the whole group at once.

"One of the best translators we have worked with"
I am a translator of Russian and Spanish into English and I have an ongoing working relationship with a number of companies. I was awarded a first class honours degree in Russian and Linguistics from Oxford University, as well as the Ockenden prize for Outstanding Preliminary Examination results, and I have spent considerable time living and working in both Russian and Spanish speaking countries (Russia, Israel, Ecuador, Spain) and I currently live in the UK.
My work regularly includes translation of the following:
• Legal contracts
• Personal documents such as CVs, certificates, diplomas, etc.
• Marketing and Advertising documents
• Business and administrative documents
• Web site content for businesses and educational institutions
• Real estate planning and legal documents
• Technical and civil engineering documents and manuals
Clients have included: translation agencies in the USA, Europe and the Middle East, and SPEBA Academy in Russia.
I also offer graphic design work (both with text for translation and without), and proofreading work.
My standard rates are:
£0.475 ($1) per word for most projects
£25 ($45) per hour on an hourly basis
These rates may be negotiated lower for larger projects or the prospect of a regular workflow over a number of weeks or months.
