My name is Etelvina Aguiar, I am 34 years old and live in Argentina. I am an English Certified Translator (En-Sp, Sp-En), graduated 11 years ago from the School of Languages, National University of Córdoba (UNC), Argentina. I am a member of the Translators Association of the Province of Córdoba, License Number: 727. Currently, I work full-time as a freelance translator, but I have plenty of experience working in-house as a senior translator and editor, and language lead. Some of tasks I performed as an in-house translator include:

- Management/handling of high-volume projects as Language Lead and contact/reference person for the final client
- Translation, editing and proofreading of specialized texts, mainly in the legal and technical areas.
- Maintenance of translation memories, creation of term bases and glossaries.
- Resolution of linguistic issues of the translators involved in projects I am in charge of.
- Training of in-house and freelance translators on translation and editing techniques.

I specialize in the technical and legal fields, as well as in clinical protocols and studies.
