Being Dutch by birth, I can translate and interpret into my mother tongue, naturally. I lived in Germany for more than 15 years, but also always actively pursued the mastery of English, passing the Cambridge Certificate of Proficiency with A's in 1999. I passed the University of Mainz Translator's State Exam for German-Dutch and vice versa in 2004 and the German-English Translator's State Exam in Erlangen one year later. This enables me to translate into and out of 3 languages, particularly when it relates to technical subject matter.
I prefer working for customers that stress correct content and I make great efforts always to find the most suitable, commonly known expression or description.
