Casting a spell over your eyes and ears
The stylised fantasy setting of Trine immerses you within its beautifully drawn, storybook style world. Backgrounds are rich and colourful, while the main characters are animated with grace and flair, whether it's staggered attacks of a skeleton warrior or the agile movement of Zoya and her billowing cloak.
A measured voiceover overlays the story's cutscenes with narration, while each character is also given a lively and entertaining voice, matching the appropriate string instrument driven soundtrack. There are even a number of sound cues to help your progress, as foes menacingly growl when they come into earshot to give you enough time to change your character if you need to.
Gameplay
Prepare for battle
Blending platform action and puzzling, Trine offers inventive gameplay based on mixing the traits of the three main characters. Each of the protagonists possesses their own special abilities which can be used to traverse platforms, defeat enemies and overcome puzzles. Amadeus can levitate objects and create boxes and planks, Zoya has a bow and a grappling hook, and Pontius can hack his way through enemies with his sword and protect himself with a shield.
Each of these gifts can be utilised in a range of tasks, usually making the wizard ideal for puzzles, the thief perfect for platforming, and the knight the man for battles - although mixing and matching at the right moment is essential to success. There are also a number of items to collect offering enhancements such as increasing energy or resistance to attacks, and the characters can substantially upgrade their abilities by collecting Experience vials.
Soon you'll be wielding flaming arrows, creating multiple crates and wooden structures, and dealing damage to the undead with a sledgehammer. And with the variety of enemies looking to cause you harm, such as bats and giant screen-filling skeletons, you'll need as much help as you can get.

Source text - English XXXX IP-CCTV Has Instant Impact on Crime for Polish City.
The Polish city of Pleszew has seen a dramatic drop in crime since upgrading its analog CCTV with a complete IP Video surveillance solution from XXXX. The new system now gives the local police extended coverage, excellent evidential quality video and the ability to improve their incident response.
Speaking to a regional newspaper on the installation of the new surveillance system, Pleszew City Council spokesman, Marcin Konieczny said, “The new system fully meets the Council’s high expectations and the crime rate has dropped significantly since the moment it was installed. The City Council is now planning to expand the system with additional cameras by the end of the year.”
The challenge for the Council was to increase the coverage of the City’s surveillance, while at the same time improve the video quality. This was not possible with the original analog system. The evidential quality video delivered by XXXX’s system has enabled the police to identify people involved in criminal activity and parking infringements and has shortened the prosecution process, saving the authorities time and money. The Police have also noticed a dramatic drop in acts of vandalism and graffiti in the monitored areas.
The equipment and technical support for the project was supplied by XXXX’s Authorized Partner, MIWI-URMET Sp. z o.o., who used local systems integrator ABM Alarm for the installation. Twelve cameras were installed across the city on a dedicated fiber network. The cameras were mainly external PTZ models, with 4 cameras being used from the original system. XXXX’s advanced video compression ensures that minimum bandwidth is required to stream high-quality video across the network. This also means that latency is very low, allowing the PTZ cameras to be smoothly operated - even when controlling the furthest cameras, which are located 3 miles from the Police Station control room.

Inoltre, le forze dell'ordine hanno registrato un calo evidente degli atti vandalici e dei graffiti nelle aree monitorate.
Le apparecchiature e l'assistenza tecnica per il progetto sono state fornite dal partner autorizzato di XXXX, MIWI-URMET Sp. z o.o., che si è avvalso dell'integratore di sistemi locale ABM Alarm per l'installazione. In tutta la città sono state installate dodici telecamere collegate mediante un'apposita rete a fibre ottiche. Le telecamere sono principalmente modelli PTZ per ambienti esterni e quattro di esse facevano parte del sistema precedente. L'avanzata compressione video di XXXX garantisce un utilizzo minimo dell'ampiezza di banda per la trasmissione video di alta qualità attraverso la rete.
