Der Wert eines Anteiles ergibt sich aus der Teilung des Gesamtwertes des Kaptialanlagefonds einschlieϐlich der Eträgnisse durch die Zahl der Anteile. Der Gesamtwert des Kapitalanlagefonds ist aufgrund der jeweiligen Kurswerte der zu ihm gehörigen Wertpapiere und Bezugsrechte zuzüglich des Wertes der zum Fonds gehörigen Geldbeträge, Guthaben, Forderungen un sonstige Rechte, abzüglich Verbindlichkeiten, von der Depotbank zu ermitteln. Bei der Ermittlung der Kurswerte werden die letztbekannten Börsenvortrages herangezogen werden.
Wertpapiere, die weder an Börsen notiert sind noch an anderen organizierten Märkten gehandelt werden, werden zum aktuellen Verkehrswert bewertet, der bei sorgfältiger Einschätzung unter Berücksichtigung der Gesamtumstände angemessen ist.
Optionen, für die ein Börsen- oder Marktpreis nich verfügbar ist, werden mit einem Preis angesetzt, der unter Einbeziehung sämtlicher erkennbarer Chancen und Risken dem Marktpreis in wirtschaftlich vernünftiger Weise am nächsten kommt.

The value of a share results from the division of the aggregate value of the capital investment fund, including the proceeds from the number of shares. The aggregate value of the capital investment fund is to calculated by the depository bank based on the actual market value of the underlying securities and subscription rights, in addition to the value of the sums of money, credits, claims and other entitlements associated with the fund, minus liabilities. In calculating the market value, the most recently available stock market value and pricing terms will be applied, whereby the market price on the respective, previous day’s stock exchange will be incorporated.
Securities that are traded, but not listed on a stock exchange or an organized market, will be assessed at the current fair market value, in which the precise assessment is measured with consideration of the overall circumstances.
Options, for which exchange or market prices are not available, will be assessed at a price that includes all discernable chances and risks that come closest to the market price in economically reasonable terms.
