Source text - Italian Rispetto all’esercizio precedente i risultati al 31 dicembre 2005 riflettono la diminuzione delle vendite (-11,5%). Tuttavia, in occasione della recente riunione della European Panel Federation (8 febbraio 2006) i membri del board hanno sottolineato la ripresa del settore pannelli e il superamento delle difficoltà registrate nel 2005 con risultati brillanti nel quarto trimestre e nei primi mesi 2006 .
Tradotto in termini percentuali si evidenzia la riduzione delle quantità vendute pari circa a 18% mentre, in termini di valore, la diminuzione si riduce a circa 11,5% , grazie alla costante politica di aumento prezzi.
Infatti, la politica dei prezzi ha portato anche per il 2005 buoni risultati, con un incremento annuo dei prezzi medi di vendita di oltre 8 punti percentuali compensando in tal modo la riduzione delle vendite a quantità.
Il motivo delle flessioni delle vendite è da imputarsi ad una diminuita presenza dei clienti del Gruppo (principalmente produttori di mobili) sui mercati esteri, causata dall’apprezzamento dell’euro sul dollaro e ad una ridotta capacità di acquisto dei consumatori finali.
Translation - English With respect to the previous financial year, the results as of December 31st, 2005 reflect a sales decrease of (-11, 5%). Nonetheless, on the occasion of the last meeting of the European Panel Federation (February the 8th, 2006) the members of the board have pointed out the resumption of panels sector and the overcoming of difficulties registered in 2005, with following brilliant results in the last quarterly and in the first quarterly of 2006 .
This means in percentage terms that the company suffered a decrease of about 18% in sales quantities while, in terms of value, the decrease is reduced to 11,5 % thanks to the constant policy of price increase.
In fact, the price policy brought good results as well for the 2005, with an annual increase of the average prices of over 8 per cent points matching the decrease of sales quantities.
The reason for sales decrease is due to a lower presence of the Gruppo’s customers (basically furniture producers) in the foreign markets, caused by the appreciation of euro on dollar and by the reduced purchase possibility of the final customers.

You have requested our opinion as to the interests of your son, ***, provided under Clause 5 (a) of *** Trust as amended by the first Deed of Variation thereto.
