Being Borned in ASIA and primarily raised up in the United States while traveling back and forth frequently, provided me the optimal environment to become native speaker of both English & Chinese (Mandarin, Cantonese).

I was stationing in ASIA from 1992 to 2001 representing U.S. Hi-Tech Companies headquarter in the Silicon Valley & Boston; I've had extensive business travelings to many countries thru-out the whole ASIAN region, as well as regular trips coming back to the U.S. for meetings / Conferences; during that period I had acquired Japanese Language Skill to near-fluency Level in Daily Conversation; furthermore, I had acted as Liaison and interpreter for Cross-Region / Cross-Cultural Meeting/Conferences which involved staffs/colleagues from the U.S., JAPAN, CHINA, Taiwan & EUROPE.

After returning to the SF Bay Area in mid-2001, I've been keeping up my Japanese Language Skills with Japanese TV Dramas and Movies, music and TV news, due to my passion for the language and culture.

I have started the professional translation / interpretion work from mid-2005 and, aside from smaller translation jobs, I have completed 8 months translation assignment with very high volume output on Wafer-Fab Testing and Operating Procedures, that requires high degree of accuracies, speed and technical complexity with diagrams, flow charts, specific table-format, etc.; I have also been actively taking on scientific and medical interpreter work primarily in English-Chinese (Mandarin/Cantonese) pairs and, targeting to become a CA Certified Court Interpreter.
