Native German graduate technical translator and machine translation post-editor for English, Spanish, French and Catalan.
My technical fields are industrial machines, processes and applications, medical technology, domestic appliances, European directives and specifications for devices, technical websites, luxury watch making etc.
...but also tourism, general economy, marketing, terms and conditions, contracts and much more.
Reliability, flexibility and punctuality are the key elements of my work, but also creativity and attention to detail are necessary ingredients for successful translating.
With respect to my professional network, I appreciate availability, as well as constructive and human relations based on mutual trust.
I am currently working with the CAT tools Trados and MemoQ (compatible with Wordfast files) but also with cloud based tools as XTM.
To respond to the changing demands of the market, I also offer machine translation post-editing (MTPE) in light or full version.
